What exactly is 12 Weeks to Fit Booty Blastin’ Workouts and Healthy Eating Guidelines?
12 Weeks to Fit Booty Blastin’ Workouts and Healthy Eating Guidelines is a workout and “diet” program for all athletic levels.
From seasoned weight lifters to newbie beginners, everyone can benefit from this program. This program can even be done completely from home if you have some bands & dumbbells or barbells (all exercises can be modified). This program is broken down into phases to help you gain strength, burn fat and reveal those amazing curves and muscles! Along with a multiphase workout program you will also receive healthy eating guidelines.
What are the Healthy Eating Guidelines?
The healthy eating guidelines show you how to calculate how many calories your body needs for your desired goals. Whether your goal is to build muscle or burn unwanted fat. My program will teach you how to calculate your estimated needs. From there we will break your totally calorie needs down into individual macro nutrients (carbohydrates, fat and protein). I strongly believe in eating everything in moderation. By not eliminating any foods and rather eating to meet your macronutrient needs, I have found that it controls hunger and cravings better in myself and in my clients.
So what is the challenge?
The challenge will be 12 weeks of workouts including weightlifting exercises (compound movements and isolation movements), high intensity interval training cardio (HIIT), steady state cardio & plyometric workouts. The workouts will be tailored to your goals.
Ex: If your goal is to gain muscle then you will have limited cardio and you will be eating at a calorie surplus. If your goal is to lose fat then you will be eating at a calorie deficit, integrating both HIIT & steady state cardio, pylometic workouts, & heavy weight lifting.

There will be 2-3 winners depending on the number of entries & prize values depend on the number of entries.

In addition to 12 weeks worth of workouts and healthy eating guidelines, participants will have access to a private Facebook group where participants will have daily accountability threads to help keep them motivated.
In the private Facebook group you will also be able to ask me any questions that you may have during the program, interact with other participants, and share recipes that you have found that you love!
