Now for some random pictures from last week
Stella is loving the back yard and helping us with the landscaping!
Aaron went on a little bit of a spending spree and got a few of these Adonidia Palms at home depot.
And then while at SAMs we picked up 10 of these Majesty Palms because they were only $8.98 each!
Our grass-fed cow finally arrived……
And we grilled out some sirloin steaks. We split a half of a cow with 4 friends so it was very affordable. Grass-fed beef for only $6.30/pound!
While we were out shopping for palm trees, we stopped for a detour at Dick’s Sporting Goods and picked up this Yeti Colster. He can’t stop raving about it, he states the beer is “cold to the last drop,” but at a $30 price point I was hesitant to let him get.
I was finally able to start lifting weights again. I’m so excited! I did take it really easy and slow because I didn’t want to hurt myself.
I started back with my training. I’m doing a daily undulating training program (DUP training). It consists of back squats, deadlifts, over head press (OHP), and hip thrusts 3 days a week, 2 days of accessory lifts, and 2-3 15 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. I love my Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor!
And one last picture of Stella 🙂 This little munchkin has been giving us a terrible trouble with potty training.
If you have any good tips for potty training a female puppy, please leave them in the comments below.
